Suzanne, a lifelong Texan and Episcopalian, was baptized by her grandfather, an Episcopal priest. She graduated from Texas State University with a Criminal Justice degree and then joined the Houston Police Department (HPD). After retiring from HPD, she joined the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. Suzanne is assigned to the Special Victims Division where she investigates the sexual and physical abuse of children under the age of ten. While working full-time, Suzanne attended the Iona School for Ministry and completed her fieldwork at St. Francis’ Episcopal Church in College Station and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Navasota. Suzanne and her family live in Montgomery, Texas and share their home with two pups (Memphis and Sally) and one cat (Spooky). Suzanne loves that "cop" is hidden in "Episcopal.” She is serving as Deacon-in-Charge at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Crockett.
